TERMS & CONDITIONS

​INGREDIENTS

​Any fruit cake will include nuts, unless you have asked for them to be excluded, and although all effort is made to ensure that all ingredients are kept separate we can not guarantee that traces of nuts or nut oil will not be present.....

All our ingredients are of a high quality, and all fresh ingredients are purchased on the day of baking.

STORAGE

​All celebration cakes are not to be stored in the fridge, due to the icing. They should be stored in a cool dry place in the box provided. All sponge cakes are recommended to be eaten on the day of the event, as this is when it will be at its most freshest, although fruit cakes can be stored in a air tight container for up to one week.

ORDERS

​Please see ordering times, but if you are unsure then do not hesitate in contacting me by phone or email.

Any cake designs taken from another company or picture, will only be an interpretation of that design and will not be an exact copy, which of course will make your special cake more unique.

DEPOSITS

​All cakes, petite parties & Home baking will require a deposit of 25% of the total cost at time of ordering. Our Cupcake gift service will require full payment at time of ordering.

​FINAL PAYMENT​

​Any orders that have had a deposit paid, the final balance must be paid on delivery, with the exception of wedding cake orders, where a further 25% must be paid 3 weeks before the delivery date and then the remaining balance to be paid on the day of delivery.

CANCELLATIONS

​All deposits are non-refundable

​WEDDINGS​: Full payment to be paid if cancellation is 3 weeks or less before the agreed date of delivery. 50% of cake balance if a cancellation is made 3-6 weeks before the agreed date.

​PETITE PARTIES​: Full payment to be paid if cancellation is 1 week or less before the agreed date, or a 50% payment of the final balance if cancellation is 1-3 week before the agreed date.

​CELEBRATION CAKES​

​Full payment if order is cancelled 1 week prior to agreed date or 50% if order is cancelled 2 weeks prior to the agreed date.  

DELIVERY

All cakes will be delivered and set up at the venue that has been stated at the time of order. We will do our upmost to deliver your cake at your preferred time but some cakes may have to be delivered slightly earlier than requested, as it will depend on the availability.



JUST A LITTLE NOTE

​Please remember to keep us informed of any changes that you may wish to make to your order or design of your cake/party. Any changes made including venue/contact details, where possible must be made at least one week prior to your event.
